Account and Data Deletion
Effective date: 26 July 2026
Ludo Face users can request deletion of their app account and associated app data. If you used Google Sign-In, include the email address used for Google Sign-In so we can verify the request.
What We Delete or Anonymize
- Firebase/Auth user identity associated with the app, where applicable.
- Profile/account data stored by the app.
- Presence records, invitations, block records, and app data tied to the account.
- Active room/player records where technically possible without breaking other users' active matches.
Data We May Retain
We may retain limited records when required for safety, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of the Community Guidelines. Retained data will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter or longer period is required by applicable law.
In-App Path
Open Ludo Face and go to Settings > Account & Data Deletion.
